How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition and packaging.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. We are committed to fair trade practices. We personally visit every workshop and factory we partner with to ensure safe working conditions, fair pay, and sustainable production methods.

Because our products are handcrafted using natural fibers, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the product label. Most of our pillows and throws are dry clean only or require gentle hand washing to preserve their quality.
