We want you to love your home's newest addition, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we will provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your space feels just right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return at any authorized UPS location. Please ensure all items are safely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our workshop team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
